Terms & Conditions – Christmas4all.travel

Christmas4all.travel is a trade name of Little Whistler Ltd. 

1. Booking & Payments

​

• A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required to secure your place.
   

• Final payment is due by 31 October 2025. Reservations not paid in full by this date may be cancelled.
   

• Payments must be made by electronic bank transfer to our designated business account.
   

2. Minimum & Maximum Numbers

​

• A minimum of 4 guests is required for the trip to go ahead.
   

• Numbers are capped at 20 guests to ensure an intimate experience.
   

• In the event minimum numbers are not met, all payments (including deposits) will be refunded in full.
   

3. Pricing & Inclusions

The basic package includes:

​

• Accommodation in a private double bedroom (shared rooms available upon request).
   

• Daily breakfast and dinner (alcohol not included).
   

• Transfers to and from Puerto Escondido Airport or the local bus station.
   

• Morning yoga and meditation sessions.
   

• Planning and booking of all activities (activity fees charged separately).
   

Excluded from the package:

• Flights to/from Mexico.
   

• Lunch.
   

• Alcoholic beverages.
   

• Travel insurance (not mandatory, but highly recommended for all participants).
   

• Any personal expenses or optional add-ons.
   

4. Cancellations & Refunds

​

• If you cancel your booking, we will do our best to provide a refund minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
   

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 31 October 2025.
   

• In the unlikely event that Christmas4all.travel must cancel the trip, a full refund (including deposits) will be issued.
   

5. Travel Insurance

​

• Comprehensive travel insurance is recommended for all guests.
   

• We recommend your insurance covers medical expenses, cancellations, accidents, and loss of belongings.
   

6. Health & Safety

​

• Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
   

• Some activities (surfing, skydiving, scuba diving, etc.) involve inherent risks. Participation is voluntary and subject to each provider’s terms and waivers.
   

• Guests must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements before arrival.
   

7. Conduct & Responsibilities

​

• Respectful behavior towards fellow guests, staff, and locals is expected at all times.
   

• Illegal drug use is prohibited. Cannabis is legal in Mexico but cannot be consumed in public spaces. Guests are responsible for complying with all local laws.
   

• Christmas4all.travel reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is deemed unsafe, offensive, or disruptive.
   

8. Flights & Transfers

​

• Flights are not included in the package price.
   

• We recommend flying into Puerto Escondido Airport on 20 December 2025 and departing 27 December 2025.
   

• Transfers are only provided from Puerto Escondido Airport or the local bus station. Transfers from other airports are not included.
   

9. Liability

​

• Christmas4all.travel acts as an agent for third-party providers (accommodation, transport, activities).
   

• We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or expenses caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, flight cancellations, etc.).
   

• Guests are responsible for their own belongings throughout the trip.
   

10. Governing Law

​

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
   

• Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Wyoming.
