Flights
Flights are not included with this holiday.
As our guests will be arriving from all around the world, it isn’t feasible to include flights in the overall package price. For this reason, flights are not included and should be booked independently. However, if you’d like assistance with your flight arrangements, we can provide this service at an additional cost—please contact us for more details.

Puerto Escondido is served by its own airport, and we strongly recommend planning your arrival for December 20th and departure for December 27th, 2025. While some U.S. airports offer direct flights, the simplest and most reliable route is via Mexico City Airport.
Puerto Escondido Airport
The only alternative airport we recommend is Oaxaca Airport. From there, you can take a low-cost bus to Puerto Escondido in just two hours. We do not advise arriving at any other airports, as overland travel from elsewhere can be lengthy and will cut into your holiday time.

Travel insurance is not included with this holiday.
Travel insurance is not included in the holiday package. We strongly recommend purchasing a policy before traveling to Mexico to ensure you’re fully covered for any eventuality.

Lunch is not included with this holiday.
Since most guests will be out enjoying activities and exploring the beautiful beaches during the day, it isn’t practical to arrange group lunches. Instead, this gives you the perfect opportunity to discover local restaurants of your choice that aren’t included in our group schedule.

Airport Transfers excl. Puerto Escondido Airport
Airport transfers excluding those from Puerto Escondido airport are not included with this holiday.
If you choose to arrive at any Mexican airport other than Puerto Escondido, airport transfers will not be included in your holiday package. We strongly recommend flying directly into Puerto Escondido Airport for convenience. Transfers from the local bus station in Puerto Escondido, however, are included.

If there’s an activity in Puerto Escondido that you’d love to experience, please let us know. While we can’t guarantee every request, if it’s possible to arrange, we’ll add it to our list of included activities and make it available to the whole group.

Alcohol is not included with this holiday.
Alcohol is not included in your holiday package. Any drinks ordered with dinner will be billed separately, with costs covered by the individuals who choose to consume alcohol.

Tips to Locals
Tips to locals are not included with this holiday.
Mexico does not have a mandatory tipping culture, though tips are always appreciated for good service. Leaving a tip is entirely at your discretion, based on the service you receive. If you do wish to tip, we recommend around 10% of the service value.

Motorbike Rentals
Motorbike rentals are not included with this holiday.
Renting motorbikes and ATVs is a popular choice for tourists in Puerto Escondido. While we cannot include motorbike rentals in the package for insurance reasons, we’re happy to assist you in arranging a bike or ATV for the day if you’re interested. Simply contact us for more details.
