Morning Yoga & Meditation
Start everyday with morning yoga and meditation before breakfast.
Each morning, Roxy invites you to join her for a gentle yoga session by the pool. The practice will begin with light stretching to prepare you for the day’s activities, gradually building into exercises that strengthen your core and upper body. To finish, Roxy will guide you through mastering a headstand—so you can return home with a fun new skill to share with friends and family.
Yoga takes place before breakfast, and participation is completely optional.
